Well it looks like the CFTC published it's final rules regarding retail forex ransactions. Anyone have any predictions on how it will really affect the forex market?

I will never know that reson - opsession for FX CTFC regulation. I don't live in US but I was have accounts with 30+ brokers all arround the world end I never have problems with withdrawal. It can be that regulation is more about regulating tax income and more control over brokers and traders...for don't go off shore!? Regulation? D. Madoff was regulated by CTFC or NFA over 25 years !There is only good or bad broker. If the broker is not good we all soon know that - we all use www :) Rules from CTFC will not have affect to market movment, volume etc. |
