about an hour ago I have this Message fxcm friends who want to remove all that I have

after two hours I can not close the deal, it is unfortunate, I imagine the disaster that would be in a real account, FXCM, plan to do something about it?

Me too , and I send a complaine to FXCM and he told me the myfxbook who have the hold of the MT4 and they must fix it and I send an e-mail here too but no one reply me.. So it is clear that is a scam contest not a real one .. and thanks GOD that i don't have a real account with them

This is obviously incorrect as we have no control over FXCM's trading servers. We're in contact with them about this issue so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Thanks Mr.Ethan for your replay and as I said Thanks GOD because I don't have a real account with them, First they laye when they said It isn't there problem as you saw second I'm realy surprise from them They payed to you to organise this contest to let us see how bad broker he is????

Hi Maximiliano and Osama,

If you're getting an 'off quotes' message, it's possible your Max Deviation setting is too low. Since FXCM uses 5-digit pricing (fractional pips), every 10 points for the Maximum Deviation is equivalent to one pip. If you adjust your Max Dev in the Order window, that should solve the problem. Try setting the max deviation to 20 or 30 as shown below.

Thanks for getting us the answer for the problem after 24H from complain and we lose many transactions could be make money .. But it works and I don't see this in any other platform from any other broker at demo or real accounts with 5D too ..

And Mr.Jason If you see my first report with the attach with your customer service at your website telling me that this problem from myfxbook.. So this need to be reviewed ..

Hi Osama,

I apologize for the confusion. The 'off quotes' message you got can occur if the prices change between the time you send your order and it's received on our demo servers in the US.

There are a few reasons why you might get that 'off quotes' message on our MT4 demo and not others. It could be the location of our servers in the US relative to where you are, or the high speed at which prices update on our No Dealing Desk feed as banks quote us new prices, or our 5th digit pricing, or a combination of these factors. In my experience this 'off quotes' message on our demos seems to be more common is some countries than others, which makes me think it's most likely due to the distance to our demo servers in the US. A solution that many real account users in other countries have had success with is using a Virtual Private Server (VPS) which allows them to place MT4 orders from a virtual computer that's in the same location as our MT4 servers. That eliminates the problems associated with distance.
