Editing myself : I've read the 'VIOLATION OF NFA BYLAWS...etc' parts and apparently it is mostly an issue with a third party that didn't seem to have a license, didn't honor some commercial & juste & equitable with I have no idea who and lastly they didn't report about some counter parties.

From my meager experience I would say that it is not dramatic just bad for their reputation.

You are a bit harsh Britt. PFGBest used to be very popular on the internet in the past few month, nobody could have known about all this mess.

But I agree to the fact that as a customer I didn't know that they had a complaint (ILQ) since more than a month, and would have preferred to be aware of it.
