I got through last friday without even breaking a sweat running power long and short with $200.00 and risk factor of 1 on Long cycle and risk factor of .5 on the short cycle with the news sever off. I'm not saying that will work in every case but it got me through an other wise pretty hairy day. But I would also like to point out that this system still hasn't addressed super mega and giga trends. If one hits you lose your account unless you happen to catch it in time to manually counter trade it.

I've heard rumors that something nasty is comming around the end of the month so you might want to take that into account.
