1am NY Time ?

Being new this GMT time is confusing to me. I am using a demo account with Alpari US. Their MT4 Market Watch window in the upper left hand corner of their MT4 is using GMT+1. The brokerage is in New York city (EST). Their FAQ reads: 'Our trading platform server time zone is Central European Time (CET) or GMT +1. All trades, pending orders and historical data will always be shown as CET.'

My question is: What will Alpari's US Market Watch window display at 01:00 am EST time (New York time)?
