Closed trades take forever before they are calculated and added to history

Hello,

How come it takes such a long time before a closed trade is calculated (gain, profit, etc.) and added to the history? Before, the closed trades was calculated and added almost immediately; now, it takes a few hours. It feels like the closed trade is waiting for being verified first, before it is added.

For example, let's say my system has 3 open trades. 1 trade hit its target and closes with 1% profit. I now have 2 open trades, and should have 1 trade in the history, and gained 1%. However, as it currently is, this 1 closed trade is not calculated (+1%) or added to the history. It is calculated an added first after a few hours... fat

Should it be like this? confused

No, it shouldn't be like this.

After a brief check, it appears the trades do get processed normally, only they're hidden in the history tab.

We're working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for reporting it!

I think the problem has appeared again...? My history does not update, even though trades have been closed. However, new trades are shown as usual, it is just the trades that have been closed that are not shown. fat

Hi - I've just starting using Myfxbook, imported a few demo Oanda accounts across, and they updated OK on first day. But then nothing until I re-entered the URL in the settings.

Does this have somthing to do with the fact they are demo accounts?

Thx

No, it has to do with the fact that Oanda expires the history link daily at midnight GMT, so you need to update the history link with a fresh one whenever you want to resume the data analysis.

Your account is updated as soon as you update the history link, and then once every hour until midnight.

We're currently waiting for Oanda to create a non-expiring solution for us, so hopefully it will be ready soon.
