help with account verification

Hi,
I set up an real account (verified) at about 0900GMT 11May, but it is still 'pending'. I sent an enquiry through the 'contact us' section about 2000GMT but no reply. Can someone help please. Thx |

Check your Notification notice at home. It should display the problem error encounter.

Signed in at home - no mail, no notification, I cannot not see any error displayed

That's mean no data send to myfxbook. Which lead to the publication EA setting problem.
Double check the account number and password. Check the journal on MT4 see if any login error message. Information is Gold when come to organised. http://winterwongforex.com |

need to setup mt4 publisher as staff has mentioned, also ftp account number is listed in myfxbook settings.
I think maybe the account setup wizard need to be written clearly, right now I did not notice the need to setup mt4 publisher until I read this thread and google found a guide on how to setup myfxbook (including mt4 publisher ftp setup) it works for me now including the auth-code. after mt4 publisher works and account activated,
then I guess the robot access mt4 server using investor read-only password. to verify your mt4 records as well as you need to place a pending order with auth-code. then both will be verified after a few hours which happens in my case. nickster posted: No i meant on the top of the page where is says track record not verified.
