Can someone speculate with me on the direction of this pair in the next 3-4 weeks? I think it may hit .84 before a months time. Is that too aggressive?

The daily trend is up, the weekly trend is down. General sentiment is that it will further decrease, but some experts explain the rise is due to China's intervention.

Someone shed some light on this for me. Thanks
