Where do I get my investor PW from. I am with GoMarkets MT4.

First try going to your MT4 terminal and clicking 'tools'>>>'options'.......look on the server tab. On the upper right side it gives you a 'change' button. This is used to change passwords.

Click the change button and then enter your current master password, select Change Investor Password radio button and enter your desired password.

If the terminal rejects the password change and its not due to an incorrect master password, then the broker has de-activated this function and only they can supply you an investor password. In this case you should email customer support.
