there is no corolation between news and the price direction.
only retail sales in US at months 11-12.
trade it reverse becouse everyone knows that retail sales make top ın last 2 months.

I agree. Obviously it's not simply knowing how much a market will move with a specific impact, however you do get a good estimation on the coming volatility and possible effect on the market.

yes you can forecast the volatility. you dont need a crystal ball for that. when rate desecion is done most prob there will be a volatility.
but which direction the price move?

Knowing the directional price move is an issue I've pretty much worked on and Now need the history data to see how the idea would have fared in the past..

There's actually no prediction involved. Its a combination of well calculated Buy and Sell requests
