Hi guys

I am having a few issues with the reporting of my history.

For some reason there are numerous withdrawals and deposits that I have nothing to do with, which over time is going to severally affect my 'Gain'.

The red arrows in the picture below are those actions attributable to me, the rest I have nothing to do with.

Is this a problem with my broker? Or is there something I am doing wrong with myfxbook?

There was never an issue with my other accounts.

check your mt4 if it has same problem then talk with the broker if they give u wierd reasons tell them u r a signal provider and it reduces your gain percentage and if they cant fix it u will find another broker tht is worthy if its not a problem with a broker then ask myfxbook in support to know what exactly is the problem u need to ask them first if they dont then u can use forums like fpa to raise your question appropriate question wld be can a person sell his signal if a broker or a service company will do these things which wont let your actual audience see your potential

Thanks very much for replying TradeWizard

Yes I need to check with my brokers, I am sure that it is something that they are doing given that my other myfxbooks works fine.

You are exactly right when you say that it will affect my gain, my account has only been active for over a week and already size of my deposits has changed. Over several years this is going to make any loss look much bigger, and any gain much smaller than it actually is.

I am not selling a signal, only looking at this stage to build a verified track record, and that won't be possible unless this is resolved.

I am with the FTT bridge to Dukascopy, so I have to wait until later tonight to get in touch with them.

That was my first reaction to.

But in my other account, anytime I got paid swap it never appeared as deposit or withdrawal. I got paid swap or lost swap with alpari, but my deposits and withdrawals remained the same.

I think the likely candidate is it is an 'autosync.' I'm using the fair trading technology bridge to Dukascopy, and they bridge to JForex, I think it might be something to do with that.

Thanks for posting that.

Has it affected your deposits and withdrawal?

I deposited £6494, and have not made any other deposits or withdrawals, but myfxbook is suggesting that I have.

I have also only had the account 2 weeks, that seems like a lot of swap

My account is here: https://www.myfxbook.com/portfolio/forex/1177333

Thanks again CrazyTrader, if it is swap, and I think you might be right, then it appears it is reported in the same way for us.

Other accounts I have had a look through are different though, their swap doesn't appear in their history as either deposits or withdrawals and does not affect the reported traders deposits to the account.

It is odd that there are two different was to report this.
