I've been with Go Markets, FX Open, Axitrader and (FXDD many years ago) and now I only exclusively use Pepperstone.

- When it comes to support and professionalism it is Pepperstone, daylight and then the rest. Nothing is to hard, always ready to help no matter how trivial or complex your problem. Will call you back if they say they're going to call you back. Email queries answered same day, live chat available and phone support.

- Platform never drops out. I'm sure it does sometimes but I've never heard it. When I was with Go Markets I would hear the 'BURRRP' and the the 'BRINGGGG' literally every 5 to 10 mins.

- ECN spread outstanding, EURUSD usually around 0.3 most of the time. Obviously goes a little lower and a little higher sometimes but generally around 0.3, JPYUSD 0.3 - 0.5, GBPUSD 0.5-0.8.

- Deposits and withdrawals is quick and efficient (I'm in Australia though, so can't give opinion of what it's like from outside Australia)

Now the cons, well actually there is only one, and that is the constant slippage. Slippage is relentless, nothing terrible, 0.5 here, 0.2 there, 1 pip here, 0.7 there etc, and then occasionally some large slippage 2 - 7 pips. Worst slippage I've had has been 13 pips. I've averaged my slippage per trade and it's about 0.5 pips per trade, so including the commission of $7 per lot it is approximately equivalent to 1.2 pip spread with no slippage. How that rates with all the brokers out there, I don't know, but I suppose it's pretty good.

So in conclusion, Highly recommend

What? Highly Recommend? Are you kidding me?

Would you please to provide the EVIDENCE for how long you have been join with Pepperstone that you have a good services from them?

Please read my experience below :
I just wish to join with the Pepperstone and try to chat with one of their customer service this week, but the customer service officer has not enough knowledge what their products and services offered.
After that, he/she ended the chatting without prior notification when he/she can not answer my question and said 'please check it in google.....'.......
Wow... I think this customer service has no ability and politeness how to handle the customer by ENDED the conversation by himself/herself since he/she can not answer my question well.

Then, I try to connect again, and served by the Shift Manager. I complaint about former customer service, but the Shift Manager defense their customer service and just suggest me to send the email to the support team, without any solution.

After that, I send the email regarding my complaint the : [email protected]
Below is my email to them completely, including my last chatting with the Shift Manager ;

The above email has not any reply untill today (it has passed 3 days....) even I send the notification by send again and mentioned no any reply.
But......no response....

How we could expect well the company (broker) if they're not any response with our complaint?
How we could expect well the broker that the customer service has LOW ablility and BAD character?
How we could expect well if -in the future- we have the problems with their spread or cheating or any SL hunting?
How we could say that the Pepperstone is high recommended Broker if they can not solve just the little bit problem?

So, the comment from Donex above is just a promotion.
I think you (Donex) act as part of the Pepperstone related party, since your comment are not support by the evidence, just saying the basic things.

Pepperstone is just NEWbie on the Forex Brokerage, please think thousand times before join with them.

I suggest management of myfxbook.com need to review the reputability of this Broker, before decide to apppointed Pepperstone as one of their partner for Autocopy, besides FXCM.

If any reviews need to be done by myfxbook, they should review members like yourself and ban you.

Your slanderous unfounded remarks about me are detestable. I will also give you the same advice as Pepperstone, look up those words on Google as they are longer than 1 syllable.

I have no affiliations with Pepperstone except as a client. If I was representative of Pepperstone would I highlight the relentless slippage??

I know I could never work in a customer support area, they did well to entertain you as long as they did, I personally would've told you to, actually I can't say what I would like to say as not to break the rules of this forum.

Anyone with half a brain will see clearly your belligerent, antagonistic and hostile manner in your chat with support. It's baffling that you even posted the dialogue as if your proud of it. Bizarre!!

I'm sure Pepperstone are more than happy that you are not going to open up an account with them. Why would any business desire a client like yourself.

Evidence for what? I've given my personal details to myfxbook, I'm not selling anything on this site, why should I give you my personal details?

I could ask the same from you. 'Prove to me that you don't work for any other FOREX broker' and that you're not in this thread just to cast dispersions on Pepperstone?' C'mon, show me the evidence that you're not working for any other broker, and I mean all brokers, PROVE IT!!!!

My post is the evidence. Read it again, it gives praises where praises are due, and it criticizes where it warrants criticism. An employee of Pepperstone would only highlight the pros, they wouldn't mention the cons.

Firstly, it's a fair review from a satisfied client so far. That of course could change, but at the moment, they're the best I've found, or more to the point, the best of the worse.

Secondly, if you think I work for Pepperstone, then that's geat, hopefully it will make you completely give Pepperstone a wide birth. Don't even consider them as you're broker. You will be doing all of us clients and employees a favor. I don't need someone like you antagonizing the staff. I want them to be in a good mood if or when I need their help. 20 seconds of trying to help you would ruin anyone's day.
