Hello ,


I've created an account , and I would like to know why "track record is not verified" on portfolio status
and also " Trading Privileges not verified " ?

Could you please tell me why , and what I've to do ?

Welcome.

I had an issue earlier and it was resolved with a personal answer from the helpdesk in a few minutes. Impressive. It may be quicker than here.

gogolsv3, it appears your read-only credentials are incorrect. Please verify the investor password and the server name (there are two similar brokers FxPro and FXPro.com).

Hi ,

For the " Trading privileges " , on the pending order I put the key as the comment of the order yesterday evening , but this morning the trading privileges is still on not verified .

Do you know why ?

We're currently checking as to why it didn't complete yet - in the meantime, we've completed it for you manually.
