What will make a good trader say out his Stractegy?

Have been wondering, know some couple of traders that have sold out theirs to a broker (name withheld), for several million dollars, and am being approach to do so too, but as far as am concern, it is not for sell, and am still wondering why they have to selll out theirs, is cos the money came in a chump like that?
