Anyone having the problem of suddenly account is disable in demo ?

This started when my Pc times set back to 2009 after i reboot my computer.
When create new account will run o.k, but when restart platform the account will disable as system recognize it as outdated.

Then i set back the time correctly to this year.
Open a new account and running for 2 days without closing platform.
Then suddenly this morning account is disable again.

Now i try to reinstall the platform again and hopefully account not get disable again.

Anyone experience this technical problem before ?

I have had experience with my account being disabled a couple of times. I think Alpari did this from their end as I just put in random details and a fake email address when setting up.

I already have a live account with them and no probs. I just want to do some testing on their platform. My demo account has been running for a few days no problem but once again this is dumy details.

Maybe Alpari only want real details where people are interested in setting an account up with them.

Sorry don thave a solution apart from a new demo account but this doesnt help if you are testing over a period of time, but you should still have all your trades recorded if you have it link to myfxbook.

Good luck

I did fill up the correct information later on.
After a days they got agent ring up to my hp asking how my demo doing and how is their service.
I chat about the demo account being disable problem, they said it might happened on data jam or line connection problem.

Then after a few days, the 2 new demo account also disable.

From the journal it did show that the problem is because of continues quoting the demo server and it feed up so disable my demo account.

Today I lost 4 Alpari U.S. demo accounts on myfxbook (two are a week old and two are about five weeks old). I have a live Alpari account. This is not the first time.

In my attempt to restore these accounts (because they are still working on the Mt4) myfxbook cannot link into the 'credentials' of my (Alpari) demo accounts.

Alpari techs and Alpari customer service claim they don't know why this has happened.

Full speed ahead to IBFX. No hoops to jump through - as long as your demo accounts are trading, they don't expire. They don't pull the rug out from under you on your demo accounts.

Note to Alpari U.S.
IBFX is a much better broker for these reasons: 1. Better customer service 2. Better functioning demo accounts 3. Better nano lot accounts (oh, wait, you DONT have nano accounts) 4. No issues with Mt4 Build upgrades.

If 95% of all forex traders lose money trading forex - then would it NOT be good business to help them out? Come on - give them a break! Give them nano lot accounts and give them demo accounts that don't expire!
