you should be able to close if your not contact help desk of your broker or phone them to close your position,

An other solution is put a reverse order at the same pair and same price level .smiley

I'm keen to learn. Is recersing the order placing the S/P and the T/P in reverse order? I think you may have to have your pips a certain pips so many from the current price. A QUESTION not advice, I only started this month. Good luck with it mate. Bruce

The reason most likely that he cant cancle is that he is still to close to the buy or sell level. Many brokers have a minimum spread before allowing the trade to close. i Have the same issue with IBFX usa. My EA wants to close all and the broker wont let it unless its moved far enough. A few brokers allow 0 to 2 pips movement but not all. The reason is to prevent yoyo trading. This rule affects real money trades and may not be active in demo.

Skyjack is correct, the broker needs the account to move a certain number of pips befroe allowing it to close.
