as the topic suggests, we get forced conversion when we trade a different base currency. Do you guys open multiple accounts holding different currency?

No, one account could be enough.
But I am not sure, where you problem is:
- Base Currency of your trading account? Look for a broker where the base currency can be in your favored currency.
- Conversion of trade results to your account-currency? This will be done automatically by the broker at the time of closing of your trade with the current platform-exchange rate.
Cheers
