There was a period in my life when I blindly followed all patterns in technical analysis but in the end I saw that it all was more complicated . I don’t want to say that all these patterns don’t work but for some reason I rarely managed to earn on this pattern. Perhaps, it’s unlucky for me.

I can imagine it being bad if you use it as the only part of your strategy. How did you implement it?

I find that if I only focus on 3 or 4 patterns, and look for them and use them, then I will be successful. I have three patterns that I use, and my trading is great. I can see them anywhere. and that's good enough for me.

Three line strike is my #1, Hanging man, and I also look for when a buy candle ends with a flat top no wick is a sign of reversal. and the same thing when a sell candle ends with a flat bottom no wick, these are signs of reversal.
