I use the twitter functionality quite often but the only problem I have with it is I can't see from what system the trades were published. If you could have this as a option it would be fantastic.

You can actually add the system name in the succeeding character field, only make sure you don't reach the message limit in twitter.

The problem is in my case I am running a few different accounts under the same myfxbook account and would like to know which account placed the tweet if I have them all selected?

I have the same suggestions. I get many message in my blackberry from myfxbook twitter, but I need to know from which system is the one that sent me the message, thank you.
