Looking at recent scams that show some sort of broker support. To prevent future scams to use MFB I´d like to suggest creating a broker black list. If an account uses a blacklisted broker, but it doesn't show up because of user settings, a warning message should warn the user and MFB members of potential scam and faked results.

So, what do you think?

I agree.

I had a similar proposal http://www.myfxbook.com/community/suggestion-box/combating-fake-results/69829,1

In the very least we should be aware where these results are coming from. Why hide the IP address. We should be able to check them and keep a list of doubtful brokers.

In recent months there seems to have been a spate of these dubious accounts. I think MyFxBook should act now before it all becomes a joke.

Can you list 1 or 2 brokers that should be Black Listed as an example?

One broker that jumps in my head is GRAND CAPITAL - http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/scam-alerts-folder/3400-how-grand-capital-steals-money.html

It must be controlled properly, i have looked at some reviews and i think most reviews and ratings are based on RAGE, especially when a trade did'nt go too well. Have 3 or 4 of these ragers voting and you have a losing broker that was actually good in the first place. It's also not fair if a rating is applied as bad when there is only 1 post under it. For this to work, some sort of proof must be presented why the broker failed and maybe a balance scale where the negative and positive balances out properly with the amount of votes. Idieally you want a rating to be dominent after a certain amount of votes, not just 1.

This would turn into a full job for myfxbook.com, because they would have to investigate reports...that's what forex peace army is for, so why get into their lane.

No, there are other simpler and much needed projects to embark on.
