It will be extremely useful if the date a system is added to the watch-list is also shown, since the 'change' shown is effective only from that date onwards.
Without the date it is currently impossible to keep a track of the period for which the 'change' shown is effective. Showing the system owner's username and grouping it accordingly would also be nice. It would also be useful if an additional column that shows the last updated timestamp of each system is included.
