When I try to do a backtest with V1.2 with the same settings as V1.1, I see that the position is not the same and then it crash.
I am more confident with the version 1.1 that you brought to us. 😄

For those who prefer less settings, I would like to stay on V1.1 without limit of time for the moment. At the same time I continue to test the V1.2 on demo account to see how it works.

I am aware that you have many ideas for this add-on and I think that we are going to follow you with our rhythm you understand 😄

First picture shows v1.1 second shows v1.2
Just made a backtest and the results are the same.

So to make v1.2 the same as v1.1 we jus need to set the amortization to false?

It was exactly what I've done but the problem was about the broker platform. I've succeed on another broker MT4.

@askew8 The new settings added are the following that you can set to false if you want to trade as the V1.1 :
- close basket if daily trend reverse
- Lots amortization algorythm

and for the detail, the exposure leverage limit which have changed to 16, but you can set it up to 20 as the V1.1, it's what I'll make.

On the picture, settings for a V1.1 on a V1.2 as I'll use

Where do you get the Banana Add-on, does it cost extra and does it come with the EA? Also is it FIFO compliant, can you open 1 trade at a time of each currency pair only?

I´m developing this system because Bluemonkey running alone does not work anymore. All stuff is totally free. If you want send me a PM requesting the package.

You can run the Banana by itself? If so what are your settings?

Thank you @maiamrn

Under Trade Status it just says Banana Add-On Only. I have both magic numbers exactly the same, not sure why their not connecting to each other?

@maiamrn I think could be useful have a function for stop trading after TP, in 1.1 was enough to delete the EA from chart, but as I understand 1.2 has a management system inside.
Again THANK YOU for your hard work.

If both magic numbers matches they are connected. As soon as BMEA initiates management the status will change.

When the basket is closed the trade will open again only if the initial conditions are meet. The Banana does not open continuous new trades without discretion like BMEA did in past. It starts the analysis from zero. However if the conditions is ok the trade will open again immediately after the basket closes.

I mean stop trading for one specific pair, for instance if there are some news I don't want any new basket after closing even if the condition for new basket are met, I think is important for stop trading before news.

I too agree if you could add a news filter that blocks entering new trades 12/24hrs prior to high impact news it could protect us further.

Thanks for your hard work also. Will you ever sell none expiring versions later on once Banana is more developed?

Also, Banana made a trade earlier that closed successfully. Now the trade conditions are the same, it says the trend is up, trend force is trade allowed, upward bias, and ready to buy. Is this normal that it isn't taking trades, or should it perpetually trade if the conditions are met? Thanks

A news filter may be added in future versions but it´s not an easy implementation.
I´m not thinking about selling the system. Now I´m concentrated in work to make it better and better.

Sometimes the system waits for a little retrace before buying. It´s normal and provides more pips!

The v1.2 equity protections working. How?
In this picture we can see 2 protections working very well on currency pair USDGDF.
The first BLUE arrow shows a trade opened by Banana because the FX pair were in an upward movement. (and the trend is our friend!)
But market changes and starts to go down....
The YELLOW arrows shows Banana closing the following BUY orders opened by BMEA. The Lots Amortization Algorithm is working here and closing loss trades without losing money 😲😲😲 6 BUY orders were closed.
The market continues the down movement and MAGENTA arrow indicates that a basket was closed because of a Daily Trend Change. The other protection worked here.
Finally, the market is now DOWN and a sell order was opened (RED arrow).
The most interesting thing in this case is that all this protections worked without losing Balance. Amortization Algorithm is constant rating all orders and closes some of then using the pips other pairs made. We make profit in a certain pair and use some of it to reduce the loss on the other.
The system is still developing and we have have much work to do. I´d like to thank all people that are sending emails and PM helping to develop this system. We will make it!!!

One thing I don't like this EA does very well with .10 lot size and for some reason it randomly puts up much larger lot sizes causing unnecessary drawdown. Is there a way to control lot size based on balance? If I have a $1000 balance and it opens a 200k lot size it's going to blow up my account. This EA would be awesome if you could control lot size and make a fixed lot size and max open orders
