fxtrader10,

thanks for the reply, in response to your feedback I have read previous posts however I have also read mixed reviews of this product i.e. positive and negative.

do you know if myfxbook can and does manipulate the performance of accounts? I have read the disclaimer on Channel Trader and also the head shot of Doug.
Not unusual to dress up the web site for sales, I have seen an EA bank in 3-15% per month on $1.5m AUD account, however I never subscribed to it cos they were wanting 30% of profits. Surely all these EA's need tweaking and constant monitoring, there is negative commentary but that doesnt mean there are not other ppl out there who are running the EA sucessfully. Still keen to hear from more ppl using the software.

Only you can make the decision to buy. Nobody can help you with that.

I dont know if myfxbook stats are real. You'll have to ask them. I wonder what they'd say?

Its no secret, that head shot is not Doug.

The disclaimer was also explained elsewhere in these threads.

Im not sure if all EAs need monitoring. I dont own every EA in the world.

Maybe people are bored of answering the same shit on here and dont want to give more feedback than what they have already given?

Oh and BTW - some people that dont even own these EAs give negative feedback. If you delve a little further into their profiles, you'll see they have a vested interest in steering you away from these EAs. They know who they are.....rob and redrhino, james phuc. All trying to sell you something.

Thanks for the feedback fxtrader10, i'm always suspicious about ppl's motives anyway so I will make my own conclusions, as for this Software the risk reward is definitely in favour...$700 to possibly make more? worst case scenario is not doom and gloom so i dont care if this implodes, I will learn a few things along the way...most ppl in this game don't put there money where the mouth is and have no idea of what trading is all about. I am succesfully trading manually so I have nothing to prove..I will buy this software and give it a run.

Thanks for the email bro much appreciated,

That made me laugh fxtrader10 :) Funny, but sadly so true. Reason why I don't post too often.

Hi,

I just bought this EA. As this is my first and hopefully last EA, I've got a few noob questions which hopefully I can get answered. Are any of you using a VPS with the EA given there is generally only a couple trades a day? If so which one are you using? The one recommended by CTP in their setup manual or one that you were already using from other EAs? Anyone got any recommendations for a VPS that is good value for money?

Also I currently have CTP running on demo mode and there hasn't been a trade placed so if you are still trades taking place on your account, please let me know as I just want to make sure I've set it up correctly.

thanks, and keep us updated with what you think of CTP 😄

Hi Guys,

I havent bought CTP as yet but i plan to this week, i will definitely keep u guys posted. I will be running VPS as I dont want any limitations on operating CTP, I will be more than likely exeprimenting with configs for a while so I want to give it the full opportunity running 24hrs a day without the concerns of connectivity.

I'm using CTP on my real account for last 7 days and results are the same as:
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/channeltraderpro/channel-trader-pro/1283833

Lot size can be big, need to manage the risk.
I only see one loss recently, I joined after that day. 07.03.2015 4.22 -200.1 -8421.33
Tried many EA in the past, CTP is transparent EA, and impressive so far.
