The drawdown here right now is less than 1% (i mean equity/balance). On my demo account (https://www.myfxbook.com/members/leverconsult/fgt/338413),its about 5%!

I use default settings with 0.01 just like the FGT guys claim they use
Why are they having that very low dd with the freefall on GBPUSD today?!😱
Or am i getting something wrong?

I really wouldn't know about whether the drawdown issue is true. But I will start conservatively. I must say I feel as though trading at 0.01 or 0.02 is too low for an account of $40,000 but hey, I guess we'll just have to go with the author of the system on this one. I guess you should demo the riskier settings and see how it goes then. I would have demoed riskier settings as well but unfortunately my vps provider only allows for one mt4 account to run on.

The account is in cents i guess. That should be $400 not $40000
Maybe the fgt guys will have some explanation

Yes this is cents accounts,
Guys can you confirm this accounts means, if I deposited 25000 usd (or 250 in cents) 8 month ago, starting 0,01, I would have done 600% as of now, with 30% DD, right?

Also, do you know if I start 0,02 and not 0,01, if I only 'double' the risk? So double DD, double profit?
And if starting 25000 with 0,01 is the same as starting 50000 at 0,02 ?
Thanks !

Hello,

If you start with 0.02, it will double the risk and profit. Also, if you start with 0.01 on a 25000 its the same as starting at 0.02 on a 50000 account.

Thanks,
FGT support

Thank you very much for your answer
I have another question,

Imagine I want the EA to stop trading once basket is closed, can I set lotsize to 0,00? Won't it affect current basket?

Thanks

0,07
0,10
0,17
0,27
0,43
0,69
1,10
1,75
2,81
4,50
7,21 and here is the 15th level
I dont understand
Thanks

I havent bought this EA yet but it seems very interesting. From experience it's always better to trade the lowest lot size possible to get the best results and ride the market if it goes against you. Question.... Do you have to have a hedging account for this to work? Has anyone considered getting rebates for their trades?

Regards,

Sean

The EA will manage the trades even if it disconnects, it will not open new trade though.
