stevetrade posted: ..... Of course they ratcheted up the risk on the live account for promotional purposes. I'm guessing that they also ran multiple accounts, each with a different level of risk in case the high risk ones blew out the account. That's marketing for you. LMD will take many small losses and every now and then will generate large wins, much like it does in backtesting and in the world cup competition itself. Patience my friends, patience. i wld not recommend to take 0.1 on LIVE with Straasha (martingale).. I will upload soon the system with 0.03 lots ( +straasha included) to compare |

Looking carefully at back test of fusion, I seriously think HIRIDER can blow your account, if things goes wrong! Some times, it takes 5 , 6, or 9 trades of the same type at the same time almost, what if things go wrong! which usually does!
I will not place HIRIDER in my account! LMD looks good as a system, we have to see if the gains keep month to month. VOlcano, looks good, I been offered already by email to buy the fusion at 299usd, can you believe that! It must mean something!! 1- that the buyer wants to recover some of its capital. 2-that the buyer found out those FRWC can blow their account! Enjoy every next minute that comes in your life! |

Seems a little silly to offer it for sale seeing as you can get a refund after 30 days anyway. My guess is you are not being offered a genuine version of it.

I'm currently running five installations of MT4, with at least one more planned for a basket strategy version of Cast Iron Man I'm working on and on top of that I'm also running Dukascopy's Jforex platform which is a hungry beast. Hi Steve I lowered the 'max bars history' and 'max bars in chart' dramatically on my 512 RAM CNS-VPS and now i run 10 MT4 instances with round about 32 EAs on it w/o problems. To :pc8multifx U're using CNS value or standard edition? If standard, any difference in performance ? I also have CNS value @512 ram. Max i put so far = 4 x MT4 platforms. -------------- I was also offered $599 for the EAs. Looks like once black market exists after only a few days, u all know the claims on performance aren;t made out to be... Oh yea..fusion EA will become ...COLDfusion ! hehe ---------------- Can anybody offer to publish somewhere to publish(blacklist) these emails that are sending me all the crap marketing. I've added a new account which is an introducing broker for FXCM, they allow $1000 accounts and micro lots on demo accounts ( something that I couldn't seen to get an FXCM accounto to do ).
This will allow a comparison between trades taken by Alpari and trades taken by FXCM. You can find it here. http://www.myfxbook.com/members/stevetrade/frwc-fusion-v-fxcm-ib/18168 11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Mathematics is the language of nature. 2. Interesting, I take it you were a beta tester? Slightly worrying to see your live account is negative so far!

ah okay, well that's a relief.
Yes we do seem to have different pip counts, however I'm guess we started it at different times which may have contributed to some of the differences. Also, it looks as though you are running a high risk 0.05 lots on that account size? Are you running the Straasha strategy on there? 11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Is there a manual or are there any settings on the Hi Rider bot that can give us an inside scoop on how this bot trades?
By looking at the trades it made I can say; - It opens 5 trades at the same time - Sometimes it opens a buy & a sell at the same time ( wtf? ) - It has a ~10 pips TP. SL is sometimes 100 pips, other times 200 pips. 15:1 risk-to-reward ratio. -It doesn't trade at a specific time/session. It just opens trade at a random time? |
