Hi, some people are complaining that the EA is crushing the platforms on Vista.
Is there an issue with that?

Cheers

Hi
As far as I knows is that a problem of virus-tester in Windows Vista. not only with Primeval but generally with DDL files.Primeval is a very complex system and need a good running windows. Best is You running only Primeval at a fresh MT4.
that can you reach by adding your MT4 setup into another directory and then you have 2,3,4,.... Live or Demo MT4 and your EA has space to work.
this and other matters about new EA, etc. .. you can read next time on our side www.fxsystemstest.com
casually asked is this a good name for a site or better www.forexrobottests.com?
write me a mail here in my fxbook wink

Your affiliate broker's website looks rather SCARY ... is it not possible for you to form relationships with better presenting brokers ??? I'm not familiar with them, are they trustworthy ?

What do you mean with 'scary', the site has a good presentation, read this info from them:

'Fienex Group headquarters are now located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. FXCBS is a subsidiary of the Fienex Group which has been granted regulatory status by the Government of Dubai within the Dubai Multi Commodities Center under the name Fienex DMCC. We are conveniently situated in one of the world’s most important financial centers. Adhering to the strictest regulatory standards mandated by our seat with the DGCX(Dubai Gold & Commodity Exchange), and as a member of the DMCC(Dubai Multi Commodities Center). Fienex DMCC also adheres to SCA (Securities and Commodities Authorities) jurisdiction. FXCBS is proud to announce new regulatory arrangements with European regulators. In order to maintain the security and integrity of FOREX trading practices, we are in the process of concluding regulatory agreements with the following European Regulatory Agencies: MIFID, CYSEC, and FSA concluding with imminent membership status. '

So they are trustworthy.

If you get the EA (for free) using our affiliate link you get an ECN account which you can choose to be commission based or commission free, if it's commission free spreads are 0.8 pips higher for every pair compared to commission based accounts but the EA should be more profitable on commission free accounts but risk will also be a bit higher because of the 0.8 pips of difference (maybe only for EURGBP, EURCHF and GBPCHF pairs). You will also be treated as a regular customer who purchased the EA.

Recommended initial deposit is $10,000 but from $5,000 it should work fine too.

What about your GBPUSD hedging strategy? Do you recommend running this? My friend is running this EA now and he isn't using EurChf grid strategy, but thinks he should use GbpUsd Hedging strategy perhaps but doesn't understand completely what it does. Please explain. Also is this account running the GbpUsd hedging strategy? Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi, I don't recommend running this, this strategy is kind of messy, you could backtest it to see how it works, the grid strategy is also slow bringing profits and lately the EURCHF is not moving not down not up although is tendency is clearly down!
Just stick to the scalping strategy, in future versions we'll provide a better none-scalping strategy that will trade 24/5 but as I said before this is far from being done yet, it will take several months.

Any particular reason you are not running your EA on a live account?

We all know that demo accounts present a somewhat optimistic truth.

If you want to establish credibility here, nothing speaks like a verified live account with a few thousand dollars.
