So of all written:

1) Less money to invest in a separate transaction (small loss reduces stress).
2) Make a lot of small transactions (loss offset by profit, which also reduces stress).
3) Trading Robot (to the opening and closing of the transactions do not affect our emotions).
4) To stop trading after a certain percentage of loss in the day (not to get too much of a loss caused by excessive stress, as well as having time to review and adjust its trading algorithm).
5) Have a purpose of profit per day, but not less than the maximum loss per day (ie after the goal, you can relax and stop trading for stress).
6) Trading a certain time in the day so as not to overwork mentally.
7) Eliminate the causes of stress, the influence of family, etc.
8) Relieves mental stress through auditory training or belief, prayer.
9) Do not play in the forex market. Not interfere with the operation of the robot.
10) Do not look like a robot trades continuously, but only at certain times.
11) Every week translate 2/3 on the second account on which trade takes place with greater reliability though with less profit.
12) Continuously monitor the emotional problems.

Have you ever heard the term, human error? Or don't beat yourself up, your only human?

Robots don't have those problems either. Check out all your robots on demos, go for a couple of months, make sure you are comfortable with how that robot works. If it is consistently profitable, then it will be constantly profitable of your live account. If you are not sure, don't put it on your live account. There are lots of programs on the market today, Like Ardit, I wouldn't give 2 cents for the majority of them but, and here I disagree with him, there are some really good ones.

Robots don't get sick, they don't get greedy and run off with the receipts. They don't get old or die and you are not left with hoping the replacement is good. If something happens to a robot, you just reinstall. The day of the robot/computer is already at hand. Over 70% of all trades are done by a computer. A computer beat the very best on Jeopardy, Chess and even does surgery in places to delicate for humans. And the best part is, we're in our infancy, we're just getting started. Think about it, we couldn't even be having this conversation without the help of the computer.

Now, the logic question, since computers and their programs have already proven themselves in every other industry where applied, why would the forex market be the only place where computers can't excel? The obvious answer is that, it isn't.

But I will give way to the abilities of the professional trader, as humans do have one thing that robots do not posses, intuition. Some humans don't have that ability either but the ones that do can excel. The question, is it worth the extra stress? That's why I like my robots, very low stress.

The robot should not be a stranger, you can only use a robot created by you on your trading strategy.
It should be tested on a minimum history of one year. Need to continually work on improving the robot and trading strategy.

Andrey, that may be good advice for technical traders, but systemic trading, a type of fundamental trading, requires a different set of guide lines. That is something you learn about first then understand what the computer is doing, but humans can't trade that way, manually. No need improving the core but of course, there are always new things to learn to add on to the core.

From quote, 'you can only use a robot created by you on your trading strategy. ' This is exactly what I saw 7 years ago, traders trying to get a computer to trade like a human. They are not human and the systems that humans use could not be taught to them. I didn't think it was all that good, even for humans, after all it lost 80% of the time. However, this is why we designed a trading system specifically for the computer to use. I can teach you how its done but I can't do it. Even with a calculator, I'm not fast enough.

Just thought that I would point that out.

Those other people are morons compared to you, why would you want to let them do your job!

Here is another way to help yourself get back your self control. When I was young, I went to the Brookfield zoo where they had a monkey house that separated the humans from the monkeys by steel bars. The monkeys were agitated by the constant stream of humans but being of a lower life form had no way to voice their frustrations except by throwing things at the humans as they strolled past. They didn't have much to throw so they would throw their own feces.

As you take control over your life, others will feel like they lost something, which they did, controlling you. However, you can expect criticizing and even name calling as there is a resistance to change. Only when you do what everyone expects of you do you not get criticized, so don't let it concern you.

When this happens to me, I just visualize those monkeys throwing their excrement, then realize that they are lessor creatures. When you realize that other peoples opinions are not worth your consideration, your life will change and so will your trading because you will have the confidence to stay in control.

Be proud of what you do and continue to learn so you can be the best that you can be, not for your family sake but for your own and because you want to present the best 'you' that you can to God or who ever it was that is responsible for us being on this planet. .

Hope this helps.

Bob

OK, I got one for the Psych team. Remember when I posted 'Have you ever heard the term, human error? Or don't beat yourself up, your only human?'.

I had to do some updating on my programs because of the MT4 600 conversion. So while at it, I made a few changes to make the Pegasus program a little easier to follow. What I wasn't thinking was that every time I compiled the program, it reset my settings to the default where the pause button was set to off. The pause is to catch run-a-way trends. (Like spiking in the wrong direction)

Incredibly, the few minutes that I was working on the upgrade, and had unknowing shut the pause off, the eru/usd had just that kind of a spike and blew through ten ranges throwing all that loss into the recovery basket. It will take almost a year to recover from this, and it looks bad for the poor robot. It's not even its fault, it can't help that its creator is a total idiot on occasion.

My take from all of this, don't take anything to seriously because its the things that you love that break your heart. Screwing up my program and quite probably some portion of my wife's little business isn't anything compared to losing my little sister, (that hurts a lot worse) but sometimes it seems like there's no end.

It's times like these that God made fishing (that's a little vacation Lalu) Something happens and you lose your focus, you try to work when you should be fishing and you go and mess up something important.

It's all pretty painful but as the saying goes, this too will pass.
