Hi,
I begin with HotForex... I'm a bit surprised not to see any commission fees on the different real HotForex accounts (as for me, I have fees for each trade). Which account type do you choose ? Thank you |

OK thank you, I have also a currenex account, so it's logical... but I see also a lot of accounts with only few dollars (not enough to have premium account) which don't have any commissions, strange...

Yes with few dollars must be Micro Account, and this accounts are also commsion free.

Yes, lower spread but commission fees... the total is ~1,7pips on EURUSD : 0,9pips for commission + ~0,8pips spread (average). I'm not sure it's really different from a Premium account (free commission but spreads higher). If you want to use Million Dollar Pips, don't choose HotForex, it's a disaster... to many customers with MDP and consequently not enough liquidity, execution time is more than 3000ms :-(

well, their ecn currencies account is really really superb, also good customer care, let's see their withdrawal, then i will make comment again.

very bad broker, a lot of disconnects, they disabled my account for 1 day without a reason they suxs

I have there many accounts, and you are right about the disconnection, but this is the first Broker I have who payed back all losses what had to do with the disconnection.I had many dicussions with them, and now I know, that this is not an error from the Broker, this is one of the Liquidy-Providers, who make this, and they anre now cjanging them. from next month they speak this problems are passed.
But at first is important, that they have a good service, and every Problems can be solved very quickly in the Live-Chat. Klein Anfangen und dann ganz gross werden |
