They don´t manipulate the Trading strategy.
Have a look at the chart...it was news time. Look at the different between lvl 5 and 6.
This is the reason why lvl 1 has 135 pips. The first lvl 6 trades are requoted from the broker.
I had the same issue at my live account...but i was lucky...the ea stoped at lvl 5..because they reached the SL before Expert opened the lvl 6 trade (3 requotes)
