I also am using them for my vps and have made nothing but profits on scalping as thier servers are fast enough and no down time that affects my trades. Im sure to setup more vps accounts on future Ea's that I add on in live foreward testing.

I've been waiting for quite some time to receive login instructions for my VPS. I think it would be within an hour or so. How long does it take?

It takes only overnight as per instructions. They will email you your ID number and password, check your spam.

Once your id and info is received. its best to update the browser and then use it to email yourself the needed files. It will take a while to set up, but it worth the time.

1. Can't adjust time clock. Internet time servers and Windows time service are disabled. Server time is 5
min behind. 2. Support ticket system doesn't work or doesn't work normally. 3. Too slow response. I think their server condition is good. But have some concern as VPS for traders. A bad trader always blames his chart. |

I have been explaining their server time is 5min slower than real time.
But UCVHOST support can't understand this meaning. I exchanged e-mail with support 20 set already. Still they can't understand. How should I do? A bad trader always blames his chart. |

I'm not a complainer...not picky and let too many things slide by usually.
I'm from europe where customer service is 100 times worse compared to california, but I must say, I have never in my life experienced this much worthless, POOR customer service in my life. This so called company ucvhost.com, have absolutely no structure in their business. Their vps restart by them selves and they never even have the courtesy to notify their clients, and most times they have no idea that it even happens. But that was only 1-2 times a month. customer service..heh..they give out empty promises, I really tried to stick it together and let things pass but now it's impossible. YOU CAN NEVER GET ONE SINGLE DAMN THING SORTED OUT WITH THEM. NOTHING can ever go smoothly with them. * They disappear from chat without a 'Please hold'. * They disconnect and leave the chat middle of an issue without a goodbye or even an apology for their lack of ability to explain why my vps changed password or other issues. * They always ask you to e-mail their support with an issue and the day after when you haven't received anything back (Which they promised they will) they ask you for a ticket id which you NEVER receive when sending out to their company e-mail * Their Refund form on their website doesn't work. And they have people searching for reviews on web and claim EVERYBODY that are writing something bad about them are FAKE. I CAN SETTLE FOR LOWER PRICE WITH LESS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS, BUT THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! |
