custom sounds for mt4

Ya, what can I say.
I like to putter around while the pc slogs it out with the market. But I also like to know when stuff happens. So I write alarms into the EA. Here's a few to start with: oh crap: <a href='http://www.myfxbook.com/files/Elkart/RTFireAlarm.wav' target='_blank'>RTFireAlarm.wav</a> banking: <a href='http://www.myfxbook.com/files/Elkart/CashRegisterCha.wav' target='_blank'>CashRegisterCha.wav</a> and of course TP: <a href='http://www.myfxbook.com/files/Elkart/Applause.wav' target='_blank'>Applause.wav</a> all you need to do is save those to the 'sounds' directory in Mt4 and the put this line into the code: PlaySound('Applause.wav'); Or whatever sound you want. I once did a rock song, but it kept on waking me up. Nothing like Metallica 2 am... Chang beer is evil. |

I was looking for a Roman legion, or Braveheart kind of battle speech for positions entry and a Moscow Communist era public announcement for a margin call or other significant event, but been unable to find them.

Russia of course had the ultimate margin call. The whole country got closed out.

Well, not going to help if we play the sound of ' Bambi in the forest' or 'Monk looking at turtle'. Needs to be something you can hear.
