the latest official version is 2.1.01 released in July 2010.

No I didn't buy it, but remember on site and said ForexRetrace 1.5.4 and RetracerPR 2.x (dont remember that).

oh sorry yes you're right.
currently there are two versions 1.5.4 is referred to as Retracer Standard and 2.1.01 is referred to as Retracer PR (Pending ordeR). the difference is the standard version only opens one order per day, where as the PR version open a pending order when the original order is placed which is triggered when the price has gone certain pips against the original order at double the original lot size (so basically you could say it's a modified martingale). The win rate of retracer PR is much higher than the standard version but drawdown is also larger when SL is hit. But if I remember correctly the performance of PR is slightly better than standard in the long run. |
