I trade with them for a year. The worst pricing ever. When we have important events, problem with open, close the trades still re-quoting, until the trade will hit your stoploss.
4 times they realized my pending order in NFP event, but when the trade hits my TP, the server was closed and after one or more hours they closed my position in zero, or in stoploss. When I send them e-mail, twice they denied my request to give my money back, and once the give me back only the price that I lost thanks to stoploss, once they did not answer on my e-mail. However my trade hits the take profit a few minutes before it hits the stoploss. 2 times they made a false movement on forex, once on USD/CAD (more than 100 pips) and once on NZD/USD. In case of NZD/USD they never send my money back. When I wanted to withdrawal my funds from account, they lost my money and after 3 months they send them to my bank account in AUD! They have abnormal problem with sending money in time on Paypal! (10000 USD and more) Once I had to made 13 times withdrawal to successful take money from them away! When you have a problem and you need fast help, they online support will send you the info, that please kindly send the mail to : .....@instaforex.com. After that you wait for reply more than 48 hours. Once they reply to my e-mail after 10 days, when I made a deposit to my account, and the money was still not on my trading account. If you want to loose all money, trade with Instaforex! And the last thing. They have fixed spreads, but once at night they made a 12 pips spread on EUR/USD. I have a screenshot. Instaforex is a very interesting broker. Overall they are a great broker in terms of deposits/withdraws (local deposit in Thailand/Malaysia) and their bonuses/rebates are inviting. High leverage, and a very sophisticated 'do it yourself' backoffice where you can manage just about any aspect of account management in an automated manner. They even have 2-factor SMS security, if you want it. They do requote a lot, so you need to use a deviation of 2-3 pips. They are obviously using some type of virtual dealer, which can result in 'quick' disconnects, delays in execution, slippage etc, (even during non-volatile periods) but unless you are a super scalper, you can work around these.
I guess you have to take the good with the bad as with any broker. When you weigh in all of the features, it's not so bad despite their execution flaws. Are your trading systems fully automated? |

i think about....let me say...shit happens for these two 'friends'. If you ever had anything to do with bookmaker, so then there where all scams :) The kick yourself of much lesser things. I have no problems with insta and i trade for me alone and have ever got for every account i opened the bonus. i got payed out when i wanted to withdraw my money. For me its a good broker. It works nice and if they are real scam, why are the biggest broker in asia? I mean the support can be better but its ok so. If you want to be by a eal good broker so you must have an account of min. 50.000$ and then go to dukascopy. If you had it not, so you are a little trader that works with little money and so you will be treated. Thats a simple thing. |
