I do it in realtime since 2 years...

Please post the link to your real profitable MFB account to fulfill the forum rules.

Traders following my signals don't need to see my live account to realize I provide awesome signals... Simply check out yourself.
Get interested in other experienced taders if you want to know about them.

Patience grasshoper...Real Traders will answer your call in time..

Main Reason for failure;

1. The marketed belief that trading has to be done every day to be profitable.

This is what causes the other problems of discipline, impatience, emotional decisions..etc.

If something is not happening as quickly as you are led to believe, its easy to break your rules.

Larger Time Frames, Swing Trading is a big part of the solution.

4 Trades, 365 Pips, 17% on Demo here https://www.myfxbook.com/members/DRFXTRADING/duane/1079693 - which is 4 trades behind my Live Dukascopy Account (cant be linked to MFB) which is up 22% since use of Methodology.

Trades arent frequent, but when they come....

....more than worth the wait..
@DRFXTRADING
To be fair I kicked you off as well.
1. You did not post link to real account
2. You did promote yourself

Hi,

I am tired of discussion with users that do not know basic forex terms, they do not have any real and stable systems here on MFB and yet they spam the forums with their pathetic systems or even pathetic pictures of MT4.

I am not sure If I can find other users here on MFB but lets give it a try. For all real traders here the rules are simple:

If you wish to discuss anything meaningful please post link to your real account you have here on MFB and stay focused.
No personal insults. No spam. No off-topic comments.

First topic to discuss.
1. Why 95% of the traders fail?

IMHO
(and here is my account https://www.myfxbook.com/members/togr/fxprimusc21/756902 to follow my own rules:))
They lack discipline, they do not study first and they do not stick to the plan.
What are your thoughts?
#2 Topic Russian Ruble
Multiple brokers of mine stop accepting new USD/RUB (EUR/RUB) orders.
I believe they have liquidity issues as the RUB is the weakiest in history

You are drawing silly trendlines and ridiculous M W patterns pretending to be some kind of expert. And yet clearly none of this works. You are bragging about 10 000 usd from investor like it was some kind of big deal ( Iam laughting my ass of about ridiculous name - Chance of my life - most pathetic thing ever ).

There are a lot of things that can go wrong with new traders.
Overleveraging, aggressively adding to losing positions, trading pairs they dont know well enough,

But what kills most, is holding onto losing positions too long. Being convinced that they are right and the market will go their way. Never be sure of anything when it comes to trading. Sure, price reverts 4 out of 5 times or more but for that 1 time you HAVE TO cut or your account will burn eventually. So there will be a next day and new opportunities to take on.

FXOpen doesnt seem to give regular quotes for the last few days on the RUB pairs -_-

Hey finally I met some real trader. :)
I agree. Newbies usually cut the profits very early and keep loosing positions open for too long, even wiping the whole account. I would say it is combination of lack of knowledge and greed.

yep agree on your points, They lack discipline, they do not study first and they do not stick to the plan.

I would also add they over leverage / take to large positions & do not keep it simple or consistent.

that's OK :)

Well I would say it is not easy for newbie to learn. As people like to be successful quick and thus instead of learning for years to pick up instant solutions. After paying for course or investing in bad system they find out to loose their money.

Patience, hard work and good plan is key to vicotry

New topic for discussion. EURUSD is at the lowest level since 2005. https://imtp.me/8tyg02l05.p
At what price level do you see reversal 1.18, 1.17? Or worse

@togr I have been building a long since 1.19 I have added @ 118.50 & will again @ 118, 117 etc. I never try to pick the exact low but scale in with up to 10-15 fills to get a better average. Here at 9 year lows gives good vale for me in a long. It might not be a long term turning point but a short squeeze to 1.21 to 1.22 at least to flush out weaker shorts will be on the cards.

well I would say it will revert the question is at what level. Its important to have enough margin to cover open positions.

Exactly Vontogr, margin here is very important. It's Important to use low leverage & just add small positions when building from here. It's probably a good example of the original concept of this thread being newbie errors. They might over leverage here & get squeezed out.

If EUR/USD can hold 1.18 as January draws to a close then I see further consolidation but if it breaks to the downside 1.09 is a likely scenario over the next 5 months.

What are your thoughts?

Hello Traders

my profile:https://www.myfxbook.com/members/mavericks

Reasons are many. In my opinion the roadmap they have is simply wrong. They gain so called ,, knowledge,, from various online sources, or same books over and over again. The basic premise is - if I learn to analyse market according to uselless stuff written by unsuccesful traders I will be profitable. Even though they try to stand aside and be smart - they are not. Forex was not made for you to make money. It takes paradigm shift - like from 9 -5 job to owning your business and becoming entrepreneur. Forex is even one step further.

Some points.

1) I reccomend book Zurich axioms. At first there are some tough pills to swallow. I didnt believe it 2 years after reading it. However as time went by, it proved to be accurate.
2) Some people still believe they can make any prediction - are they dumb or do they have some crystal ball ? Lets predict future ! Lets draw some useless charts.
3) Market, has many ways of luring people into thinking they know what will happen next. Even really experienced and smart people.
4) Some of them still do not have a clue about brokers, policies, swaps, spreads, gaps, extreme spreads, margin requirements and basic knowledge of the agreemnts they have signed when opening account.
5) Not able or willing to adapt. Lot of guys trading same strategy like a robot, when market conditions change - and they always do - they cling to the system that has just been rendered usless. They leverage down and at that point it becomes next to impossible to become profitable.

This is just something from top of my head. I have been also affiliate of various brokers so I know very well what is going on.

Best regards
