In early May, many of our accounts that were working for months have had issues reconnecting. Clients who were watching these systems have accused us of suspicious activities because other accounts at MyFxBook are working. Our broker on these accounts is forex.com - both live and demo have had issues. Is anyone else experiencing these problems and if so, what is the solution? One error says wrong account. We don't mind opening new myfxbook accounts but then it would again seem suspicious.. is there any way to submit a support ticket?
