Comment Box on Portfolio Performance Pages vote results

It would be great to have a 'comment' box on each of the portfolio performance pages so that we can make a comment/notes/explaination as to the performance of that portfolio - or any changes we have made that could affect the performance...eg; change is risk settings or robots etc.
