Bio: German proprietary trading company founded by 5 professional traders(many years with banks and financial institutions trading at the Frankfurt exchange) with the main objective to trade own funds. The managing director(s) are licensed CTA`s(holding series 3 and 34) and registered with the NFA, therefore we are indeed industry professionals by skill and regulatory definition and not amateur traders pretending to be professionals! We trade primarily index and commodity futures and have automated our forex systems. All our strategies are rule and indicator based and traded according to our monthly and weekly trading plans. We use straight forward strategies with popular indicators and follow the principles of the original turtle trading methods. In 2009 our company was appointed as the subadvisor for a managed account at PFG Best. Official and audited results, since the start of the managed account in July 2009 can be reviewed in our CTA disclosure document. We use a higher risk per trade in our proprietary accounts, than in the managed accounts. We treat trading forex as investment business and not as gambling and target returns of 25% p.a. with a low risk profile(0.5%-2% risk per trade), because we are obliged to do so by our CTA disclosure document and the strict supervision by the US regulatory bodies(NFA and CFTC). We do not trade very often, since we are trading for profits and not for entertainment . All positions have hard stops. We never add to losing trades or open multiple positions in the same pair, but we do scale into a full position from time to time. We are not using any highly dangerous strategies like Martingale, Grid or pyramiding in our trading.We can have up to 20 trades open in different strategies and pairs. In average we trade 5-7 times a day.All trades are executed automatically, but supervised by the trader on duty.
