Bio: Bio: I have been a currency trader for about five years, trading a basket of 14 currencies from Monday til Friday. I have developed automated tools (an EA) to manage my trades. but the entries are discretionary decisions. I have adapted rules from stock-trading. what you usually hear in Forex trading is the opposite. The maximum number of trades I plan to have open at once is three; I gradually scale into the three trades as a full position for each signal. I use a special risk management technique called Paroli-MM; i divide the whole asset into Reserve and Trading capital with an approximate ratio of 70:30; this helps manage leverage, protect assets and limit drawdowns. I move capital from the Trading capital to the reserve based on gains, to preserve this ratio. The maximum leverage planned for the total capital is approximately 12:1. I generally risk at most 15% on the position; with stops set on the trades for that amount. Signals may come during the Asian or US sessions.
