Hello everybody and welcome to our contest!
There are almost 500 participants in this contest trading on our MT4 ECN platform and competing for a total of $3500 in prizes. Granted the start was not perfect with some users experiencing technical difficulties (we take the responsibility here) while others took this opportunity to try and harm our reputation because they are paid to do so, plenty of users still managed to do what they do best - trade. Are you planning to restore the accounts where people have had problems that are your responsibility to their previous states?
11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Mathematics is the language of nature. 2. Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers. 3. If you graph these numbers, patterns emerge. Therefore: There are patterns everywhere in nature. |

I'm not in your competition. I make my money from trading not from taking preposterous, unrealistic trades on demo accounts.
My question was a general one with regards to the users that have had trades that have experienced technical issues that you have now admitted responsibility for. 11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Yes.
We have credited users for deals not closed on time and closed deals at the prices they asked at the time when there was a technical glitch with our liquidity provider. As I previously stated, all those traders who feel there was something wrong in the execution are welcomed to contact me with details. Warm Regards, Ben |
