This will begin week #2. Last week was Good, The Borg hit all of its goals. I have one problem, My broker starts the day one hour after the market opens for micro accounts. This caused a slight problem for the money management system of The Borg. I will be looking for a new broker and shutting this account down soon.

After further research, I have come to the conclusion that The Borg will need 10k for every .01 micro. At this point I am playing with fire! As long as all three pairs don't go into heavy drawdown at the same time The Borg will be fine.

The Borg hit its daily goal and is off to a good start this week. Drawdown seems to hang around 300.00 to 500.00 usd. In back testing I've seen the drawdown as high as 5,600.00usd. I will not make any predictions on the weekly goal, but it seems like there is a choppy week ahead.

The Borg has reached 33% of the monthly goal and 20% of the weekly goal. Keep in mind that The Borg started trading on the 10th of the month. Lets see if it can make up for the late start. 10 Days to be exact.

Today The Borg tripled the daily goal. We are well on our way reaching the weekly. Drawdown was at elevated levels but nothing out of the ordinary. As time passes, drawdown may increase. I expect drawdown to reach 1,000.00---3,000.00. Anything above that would be considered abnormal. Keep in mind that drawdown has been less than 500.00 so don't panic if it spikes all at once. The Borg will adapt to the frequency and then activate a hedge to add liquidity.

I will be looking to add another currency pair on 8-19-2012. After the addition of the new pair, I will raise the goals accordingly. The short term goal is to have five pairs running with a weekly target of 350.0

It is Thursday and The Borg has already hit its weekly goal. The daily was also met. I may add another pair as soon as next week.

We will be going in to next week with over 200.00 in draw down. I am curious to see how the money management system responds to my broker opening up one hour later than the market. This will create a gap in price action and could have a negative effect on The Borg.
I ran a series of tests that show a draw down of more than 12,000.00 with these three currency pairs. It would be wise to have 25,000.00 in the account before adding the fourth (EUR/USD). 60,000.00 would survive a Doomsday event.

Please keep in mind that this is a journal of random thoughts. I review these logs to give myself a greater understanding of an emotional trader. Hopefully, documenting and reviewing my thoughts will keep me from repeating past trading mistakes.
