Ok, so 2% after 2 days...300% in 19 days? I think we all know where this is going....smells like a floppy turbo, i mean Fapturbo to me....

because on their statement lots are 0.1 and NOT 0.01 as they advise (they have even 0.5 sometimes).. + he switched OFF Straasha (Martingale based) ...
i think it DO works but of course not 300% ... however i m a bit disappointed by LMD.. |

My main trading account is with Dukascopy, yes because they are ECN and have the best spreads and liquidity. I just bridge across from MT4 to that account to trade.
2% in 2 days is good going. 1% per day compounded over one year gives you roughly a 1000% increase in equity. Providing the equity curve is relatively stable I'm happy with it so far. Of course they ratcheted up the risk on the live account for promotional purposes. I'm guessing that they also ran multiple accounts, each with a different level of risk in case the high risk ones blew out the account. That's marketing for you. LMD will take many small losses and every now and then will generate large wins, much like it does in backtesting and in the world cup competition itself. Patience my friends, patience. 11:15, restate my assumptions: 1. Mathematics is the language of nature. 2. Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers. 3.      This support article on the FRWC site says it's optimised for FXCM, but should work on other brokers as well. http://www.forex-robot-world-cup.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=14&nav=0,1 I wonder how they 'optimised' the EAs for FXCM... I use it with Boston Bridge Technology and it really sucks with any trades that are of scalping type. I mean the trades show all right until... they do accounts balancing at the end of the day. The results differ a couple of pips -- sometimes the trades that showed as positive on MT4 prove to be negative. |

I would imagine they 'optimised' them with FXCM over a coffee during the meeting where FXCM agreed to sponsor the competition.

If they gave away $150K then why to hide it? If were in their shoes, i would brag about it not the other way around. Steve is probably right. |

stevetrade posted:     I would love to set up multiple scenarios, however I'm somewhat limited in my VPS resources. I'm currently running five installations of MT4, with at least one more planned for a basket strategy version of Cast Iron Man I'm working on and on top of that I'm also running Dukascopy's Jforex platform which is a hungry beast. Hi Steve I lowered the 'max bars history' and 'max bars in chart' dramatically on my 512 RAM CNS-VPS and now i run 10 MT4 instances with round about 32 EAs on it w/o problems. https://cp.commercialnetworkservices.net/aff.php?aff=623 |

I'll give that a try. However it's the Jforex unfortunately that's the resource hog.
