Can someone clarify why this robot makes profit even on 0.1 pips? Wouldn't the spread be approx 2 pips.
I've check the history and that seems to be the case, profit on even .4 pips. I believe gomarket doesn't offer fixed commission round lots. What am I missing? |

And the sentiment is bullish! Shutting this stupid robot off and closing all its trades before it does any more damage (which it looks like it is anxious to do). Please beware anyone who wants to gamble with this strategy, that it is not intelligent - it cannot adjust to major trends. 0.5% risk (about 0.09 lot sizes) cost me a solid 25%!!! of my account balance which used to be $20K. Dang! I will have to rebuild using something smarter.

Come on guy, this is another crap EA that is being released to the unsuspected trader. Just for a mere $20 to get the EA can cost you hundred to thousand of dollar in lost. Just for a bloody $5 profit target, I am now in draw down with almost $380. Just pack up your bag and leave this place. its not worth trading grid/martingale strategy....you will have your account blown up one day and certainly with this EA 40% of your account will be lost. Haven't make a cent from this EA yet and I am in the minus $380 from my $1000 account. Great way to feed the brokers with your hard earn money!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes this is a grid starategy with an in built controlled Martingale. It does not go crazy and double every order after a certain time. It is setup with a Martingale multiplier of 1.5 (this is adjustable and can be disabled if you wish) when X orders is reached and performs this function for 2 more orders. It will not blow your account becasue there is a LossStopOut in place whereby you can determine how many orders are closed if this amount is reached. If you OVERTRADE this system you will make many losses. Keep your lot sizes at a minimal level (0.01 lots / $1,000) and this system will survive current market conditions as it has does for this year (2011). Slow and steady wins the race  |
