a broker able to execute a trade in nanoseconds???
or the latency between the VPS and the broker's server is below 1ms? execution time is the time for the broker to process your trade... not the latency between the broker and the MT4 terminal. yes this helps. but the slowest part still the broker execution speed. |

FinFX only offers LIMIT-oders with no slippage and that's what almost every broker does, although they don't advertise it like FinFx. But MDP uses STOP-orders for entry and exit, so slippage is still possible. Ask them, if you don't believe me. I have my main account at a professional's broker in the UK now and am very pleased. Made + 4.7 % (risk = 2) with MDP on Friday. I recommend them over FinFx because they are regulated in the UK and slippage is below 1 pip with MDP usually. The idea of MDP and Numberone are still great, but MDP is no longer profitable as it was the last year. So I was looking for coding an EA that also trades profitable, when the market is less volatile. And I think I have found it. Still needs some fine tuning, I guess, but the future will show. Details of trading can be found in my profile, it is called MDP Clone.
Before today, I had a lot of small losses because I was still looking for the right SL and TP settings. Therefore the lotsize was the smallest for that period. But since I made the last change yesterday, I was really surprised of a more than 100% profit today. 17 Trades and 100% winner. I guess that will not happen very often ;-) I hope that at least a few of you guys will find your personal holy grail! But it is not possible to make all winners. Nevertheless - all the best! |

I made 31 pips on 2 trades today with MDP on default settings.
I think it's terrible how some of these people are trying to steer people away from it. I think they just want to block any future MDP users because they are worried more users will keep it from working. It still works people, and there's lots of pips to go around!
Keep that damn Kryptonite away from me! |
