Simply awful. Multiple dropouts combined with slow and unresponsive customer service. I've lost $$$ by using these guys. AVOID!

Today 30/4/2012 i can not login to swvps, and they don't have a good custumer service online, must using email support, and the email support was error ' lisence have error', very funny using this vps

The worst customer support I have ever experienced. I have lost all my data as the VPS crashed and support will not respond to my repeated requests for support. 24 hrs later, still no response. Warning: if you are trading forex on live accounts, you would be wise to spend some time ensuring the VPS provider has excellent support 24/7. You get what you pay for. Don't use dodgy operators and expect quality service.

really really bad!
after using couple months, my VPS has disappeared suddenly. I opened a ticket with highest priority and they replied it after 2 days(!) with informing 'we had a harddisk failure and all your data is gone. i asked for a backup restore and learned that they don't have a backup policy! all my ea's, indicators, configurations are lost. since i have everything in dropbox, i even accepted this and start installing everything from scratch but the VPS went away next day. i opened a new ticket. again answered days later. 'we restarted your vps. it will work again' yes. it started working again and after couple hours went down again. so really. dont waste your money and time. use something else. i even don't mention names. just use another vps not SW VPS. |

My vps is down from yesterday. I just brought that before 3 days ago. They doesnt answering my mail, does'nt reply support tickets. I have all screenshot.Here is my payment detail.
