Hi, I think it is abslutely necessary to have the possibiltiy to analyse a group of portfolios at the same time. E.g. to find out how the same strategy is working on different accounts. Hope you can realize it. Regards, Christian. P.S. A solution can be found on MT4i - they call it "portfolio" and you can apply filter-options on these group of accounts

Pure SCAM - they will betray you if you win! They have forced me to sign a contract to waive half of my money! These guys should be arrested!
Hi myfxbook, it would be wonderful to be able to create a "portfolio-container" involving individual already existing portfolios. With this a trader always has the summarized overview on his accounts and can make trade analysis very easy. Thanks in advance, Christian. P.S. Such a similar proposal was made from "lmstuff" on Aug 22, 2009
Hi, it would be really helpful to have a very small widget only showing the portfolio name, balance and equity (and maybe the number of open positions). This would give a very quick view on the "health state" of a system or an account. Maybe it is also possible to use something like a list of the data above to have the overview on all your portfolios in only one second. And the very best would be to include such a widget (or the informations above) in a gadget for Windows. With that tool you have everything directly on your desktop! There is a gadget using a standard widget in......

Thanks Steve, I see many analogies. I also use a my homemade EA template with many options (trailing, filtering, martingaling, pyramiding ...) and feed it with different logics. It is good to read that my way of trying to find my personal "grail" is not that wrong. I'll keep on trying! Have a good trading week! Christian.

Hi Steve, very good work! Steady high hit rate and very low drawdown. There are only a small number of EA's which shows such a behaviour. The high lot numbers will not be realizable, but that is only mathematics. In real trading you will be able to realize a wonderful linear equtiy curve - if you find the right broker. I am also programming my own strategies, but in fact I am a novice. I have tried so many of useless logics that I can not count them anymore. Can you give us some hints about the logic behind your Pinpoint strategy? Or in general - how a good scalper should work?......
Yes - good idea! It would be best to have the option to see how many pips/month a system or strategy wins or loose!
