Hello Will, Nice to be back, nice to hear from you as always. Hope you have a great holiday season.
Oh and dont panic if you cant access your accounts tonight or Thursday.....see statement from FX OPEN below: Dear Clients, The FXOpen web-site and MyFXOpen personal area will be inaccessible for several hours due to planned technical maintenance on 23-24 February, 2011. Please, note that the Forum and the Live Chat service will be operating though. If you need immediate assistance during the web-site downtime, please, visit FXOpen Live Chat at http://livesupport.fxopen.com/Chat.aspx. We do apologize for the inconveniences and will endeavour to keep the downtime to the minimum. ......
Hello yoshi54, Please go to this link.....cabinet.fxopen.com/ From here you can access your accounts.... You will have no problems withdrawing from them. If you used alertpay to deposit your funds, then you need to open a moneybookers account...get that all set up and then put in for the withdrawl to moneybookers in which you just created.... You will be able to receive your funds....I had over 3k with them and now I have it all....Tedious task, but they will let you withdraw. Hope this helps. Bill
Fxopen & AlertPay In General Feb 18 2011 at 19:52
Hello, I had the same problem....FXOPEN is allowing all US Alertpay depositers to withdraw their funds to Moneybookers.... I have done that earlier this week and all the funds are already back in my home bank account. Set up an account with Moneybookers, then once account is confirmed, put it for a withdrawl with FX OPEN.... It will work. Hope this helps. Bill

Thank you Will, no problem....Really appreciate your feedback as it now appears to me that they will accurately do withdrawls...I have heard the same problem that you experienced.....As long as all your deposits are from one source, there shouldnt be a problem. I have been with FX Open for over 3 months now, how can get involved with a rebate company? Dont you have to be just starting the account opening process to have that benefit? Thanks again..... Bill

It was an internal transfer. And if you notice in my PM to you, I said "MANY" withdrawls. Many does not mean none..... It was a legitimate question and I appreciated your response to me. Steve and SOLAR are exactly right, I tested an EA version of my manual system...Withdrew the funds internally to another account with FX OPEN and then didnt like my test, so re-deposited it back into my regular account. It was just a simple question to another member who used FX Open and was interested in feedback of them. I apologize.
