first check the expert advisor setting tab, perhaps you forgot "allow dll import"

check those link for setting the ea.
when everything goes right, check expert advisor tab at the bottom your mt4 ( " near journal tab" ), it will shown "statement uploaded succesfully"
if problem still insist, means there's a problem with history data are no loaded, go to account history tab, right click, choose "......

perhaps you can check your windows, is it already framework instaleed?
if the problem insist, download the ea manually, its contain two file, ex4 and the dll files.
and this mt4 problem actually would lasting for more, since the metaquates already announce any third party 'bridge' provider are illegal.
