I have contacted Pepperstone a number of times and their best suggestion was: contact the vendor. Duh!
I think the guys at Tulip should take down Pepper as one of the recommended brokers and stop the IB deal, until they fix the bugs with the datafeed. Just my 2 cents.

Will there be an update to this EA to justify the price doubling?
I'm an in the US and do not want to get stuck with a $500 EA and the brokers keep getting shut down for taking US customers.
Can this EA be used on my current FXDD broker?
Since its not really a scalper then why is it so important to have specific broker?
Does the broker have to be ECN/STP?

Any broker will work just fine except Pepperstone.

None of my other EAs has problems on the EDGE, and I have coded some myself... anyway, people must know that the EDGE is incompatible (at least for the moment) with your robot and that they are not given the choice to open an account on the old servers, they are redirected to these EDGEs. So it is pointless that you reiterate how well you are doing on the old accounts, those are HISTORY - anyone joining Pepperstone from now on will get these new datafeeds.
It's not that I don't like Kangaroo, it's just that I can't tell... I would love to like it, if it only took some trades.

I don't blame anyone, I'm just presenting facts. It's a fact I bought a quite expensive EA, opened up an account with one of the preferred brokers, and have yet to get a trade. Well truth to be told I was an old client of Pepperstone already, and moved to this new datafeed as per suggestion... Too bad one is not allowed to switch back to their standard accounts once you move forward to the Edge. Can't you arrange something with them for your clients? Are you IBs for them or not? I really find it amusing that the EA doesn't function properly on one of your recommended brokers...
But then again......

Works fine. We run large accounts on Pepperstone and Kangaroo performs excellent there.
You can also run it on our other recommended brokers, we don't rank them as you suggest in your post.
Thanks.
Does NOT work on their new Edge servers and I am one of your customers, I know first hand. Your forum is full of people reporting exactly the same issue. You are an IB for Pepperstone, this is your recommended choice along FinFx, but Pepperstone is your nr. 1 choice (same broker you use to run the managed account), yet the EA keeps dodging trades here...

Come 1st December KangarooEA will have been on the market for two years.
We think this is anniversary is an apt time to close sales.
There will be no more sales of KangarooEA after the 1st December 2012.
Next Sunday the 23rd September we will be raising the sales price of KangarooEA on our webpage to $999 until close of sales.
If you know of anyone thinking of purchasing KangarooEA - let them know of this price rise and sales cut off date.
Your EA doesn't work on your nr. 1 suggested broker (Pepperstone). It simply skips trades. Are you aware of this?

Yes, I'm with their ECN account. Excellent service, 24h assistance on the chat, lowest spreads I've seen around (and low commissions on top), but it's true that their platform freezes from time to time; also, execution times could be faster considering it's supposedly an ECN. Not the "perfect" broker but still very very good, and I've tried about 15+ MT4 brokers over the years, both MM, STP and ECN.

I have bought it, absolute long-term account blower which is shown in BTs clearly. The floating DD is totally out of control... very dangerous EA even though it does not rely on martingale or grid. There's no way something like this will ever make it to my live account.

I got into the spike, and MDP strikes back (+53 pips)... [cool]

It's not that every broker is scamming us (or at least me), we're rather talking MDP here and the question is finding a broker which is suitable for this kind of beast specifically. But then again, it's MT4 technology in general which is probably inadeguate for HFT, but that's another topic...
