Hello,
because of the very low volatility the EA had a hard time and we needed longer then expected to find out what can be done to make sure we don't run in such troubles in the future. As mentioned earlier, there we will release a new build version in the near future.

Trade execution time went from “amazing” to “very bad”. The last couple of trades placed by Thor show 2500-6900 ms execution time. Even the last couple of trades which I placed manually to test execution were executed very slow. I will contact them to see what can be done. Hopefully, it’s some technical issue, which can be solved and not the dealer plugin. [eek]
Ahh…forget to mention. The last 6 trades should be ignored. They were placed to test execution and modification time.

Right now the market is not very volatile. That's why the number of trades is unusual low. However, i am sure after the US selection volatility will come back and we will see more action.

Hello Gardener, refund requests are assigned to me and i process them in the order they arrive. Multiple requests (sent within short period of time or sent to multiple in boxes) delay the process as e-mail conversations are automatically grouped by time and date.

Hello richbugger,
With one license you can run Forex Thor on up to 5 accounts regardless of their type (demo or live).
And as for the market volatility, yes, it is expected to be high.
