The good thing about North West Financial Brokers is that they do pay 9% apr interest on deposits. They offer many trade instruments including futures and cfd. One can use their electronic currency with NWFB. They have both Russian and English web sites. Customer service is ok, but traders can get their money back. Data seems comparable to mainstream forex broker feeds. I lose most of my trades, but its not the brokers fault. I'm not good at trading, so I only do micro accounts.
